You must keep your login credentials secure and are responsible for activity under your account. You agree to use the service lawfully, honestly, and respectfully. Harassment, abuse, fraud, or attempts to manipulate ratings, billing, or payouts may result in suspension or termination.
Consultations (including voice or scheduled sessions) are for personal guidance only. They are not a substitute for medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice from licensed professionals. Decisions you make remain your sole responsibility.
You should also know
- Refunds and cancellations follow the rules shown at checkout and depend on service type, timing, and whether a session has started.
- Wallet, UPI, card, or other payments are processed by regulated partners; you authorise charges you confirm on checkout screens.
- We may send operational notices (bookings, security, receipts) by SMS, email, or in-app notification.
